Return and Refund Policy

No Restocking Fees

If your order arrives with an error, we will correct it immediately. We guarantee absolute accuracy with every shipment.

Not Satisfied? No Problem!

You may return any new, unused, and unaltered item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

  • Returned items must be new, unused, and include the original box, packaging, and tags.

  • Once Loboo receives and inspects your return (typically within 24 hours of receipt), we will process your refund back to your original payment method.

  • Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • For wire transfer payments, refunds will be issued as store credit.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to Loboo’s warehouse.

Important:
Do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple quantities (more than two) of the same or similar items with the intent to return most of them. If you are unsure about the size or fit before ordering, please contact our customer service team for assistance! Abuse of the return policy may result in a return fee, restocking fee, or even refusal of service.

Return Shipping Options

You may return your order using any carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

Important:

  • All packages must be prepaid; C.O.D. shipments will be refused.

  • Any packages that are refused, undeliverable, or abandoned will incur a $10 service fee.


Exchanges

Need an exchange?
Simply return your original item, and place a new order. This ensures you quickly secure inventory and receive your new gear faster!

If your new order qualifies for our free shipping offer, it will be applied accordingly.

Please note you are still responsible for the cost of returning the original order.


Order Cancellation/Modification

Changed your mind? Act fast!

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified while the status is "Order Received."

  • Once an order has been marked as "Order Processed," it cannot be canceled or changed as it is already queued for shipment at our warehouse.


Used or Damaged Products

Products showing signs of use (wear, dirt, scratches, odors, installation, etc.) are not eligible for return.

If you have used gear you no longer need, platforms like eBay or online forums are excellent options for resale.


Apparel and Helmets

Apparel items must be returned inside their original plastic bags (or equivalent protective plastic) along with all original tags.

  • Items not properly bagged are likely to incur wear during transit and may be rejected.

  • Missing packaging, tags, parts, or hangers may result in the item being returned to the customer or a processing fee up to 50% of the item’s cost.


Electronics, Hardware, Tools, and Tires

  • Any electronic item removed from packaging or with a broken manufacturer's seal is not returnable.

  • Any parts installed or showing signs of installation are not returnable.

  • Opened or seal-broken tools or chemicals are non-returnable.

  • Open-box items with damaged packaging are non-returnable.


International Returns

For international shipments:

  • Mark your package clearly as "Returned Goods" and use a carrier that does not charge brokerage fees.

  • Customers are responsible for any brokerage or customs charges incurred.

  • Shipments sent C.O.D. or with brokerage charges billed to Loboo will be refused.


Defects and Warranties

Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Loboo will assist customers in warranty claims.

  • Most items come with an extended manufacturer warranty against defects.

  • Warranty processing may take 4–8 weeks depending on the manufacturer’s policy and judgment.

  • Manufacturer warranties do not cover normal wear or customer-caused damage.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us as soon as possible.

  • Keep all original packaging.

  • Take photos if possible.

Damage claims will be processed through the shipping carrier, and we will assist you during the claim process. Please be patient, as this may take longer than expected.


How to Return an Item

You can initiate a return online or by contacting our customer service team at Support@loboousa.com.

Step 1:
Log in to your account on our website. Click on "Order History," find the order, and click "View."

Step 2:
Select the items you wish to return and specify the return reason for each.

Step 3:
Choose your preferred return shipping method and follow the provided instructions.

Step 4:
Print your Return Authorization Form and include it with your return shipment.
Please do not tape anything to the product’s original packaging.
Place the product (with all original packaging) inside a shipping box.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your refund.
